Our Poole team handles underwriting administration, claims, compliance and reporting in-house. Partners can place business with us or ask us to manage their scheme administration or claims. As a Lloyd’s coverholder backed by a panel of carriers, we support partners across UK and international markets.

01202 756 350We publish the turnaround times we work to. Quotations within two working days of receiving all the information we need, and renewal invitations at least four weeks ahead.
Where terms, exclusions or restrictions apply to a case, we confirm what they are, so you can set your client’s expectations before cover starts.
Our intermediary team supports you throughout the relationship, with product overviews and training for you and your staff, and updates whenever our products or terms change.
Group schemes and Freedom Worldwide are always arranged through an intermediary. Where individual Freedom Elite or Freedom Essentials cover is arranged with us directly, we provide information rather than advice. The advice comes from you.

Health and wellbeing
Freedom 360 is a health and wellbeing toolkit that sits alongside a policy. It is not an insurance product and it is not sold separately. Services are delivered in the UK, and what is available depends on the product and on how the policy is held.
Freedom Partners
Freedom Dermatology, Freedom Physiotherapy and Freedom Diagnostics require the relevant outpatient cover on some products. Availability is subject to the scheme or policy terms and to service eligibility, so please check the relevant terms before discussing specific services with your client.
Freedom Wellness is available with group schemes only.

Three: Freedom Elite, Freedom Essentials and Freedom Worldwide. All three are available as individual policies. Freedom Elite and Freedom Worldwide are also available as group schemes; Freedom Essentials is not.
Each product page sets out what that product covers, who is eligible and how underwriting works. The policy documents contain the full terms, conditions and exclusions. Eligibility, age limits, underwriting options and exclusions differ between products, so please work from the page and documents for the product you are quoting.
Freedom 360 services are delivered in the UK. Freedom 360 is included with every individual Freedom Elite and Freedom Essentials policy, and is available with Freedom Elite group schemes. With Freedom Worldwide UK it is available where treatment takes place in the UK, on individual policies and group schemes alike. It is not available with Freedom Worldwide Non-EEA. Group schemes have all six services and individual policies have five, because Freedom Wellness is available to group schemes only.
Group schemes and Freedom Worldwide policies are always arranged through an intermediary. Individual Freedom Elite and Freedom Essentials policies can also be arranged with us directly, on a non-advised, information-only basis. Our distribution model is predominantly intermediary-led: we provide information about our products, and we do not advise a client on which product suits them.
