Freedom 360

It depends on your policy and level of cover. Freedom 360 services are delivered in the UK. They are available with Freedom Elite, Freedom Essentials and Freedom Worldwide UK, only where treatment takes place in the UK. The services are not available with Freedom Worldwide Non-EEA policies. Eligible group schemes can access all six Freedom Partner services. Eligible individual policies can access five, as Freedom Wellness is available to group schemes only. Freedom Dermatology, Freedom Physiotherapy and Freedom Diagnostics also require your policy to include the relevant outpatient cover. Your policy documents confirm what is included, or you can contact us to check.

Eligible members can use Freedom Digital GP and Freedom Favourites directly. Eligible group scheme members can also use Freedom Wellness directly.

Freedom Dermatology, Freedom Physiotherapy and Freedom Diagnostics must be approved by the Freedom Health Insurance Claims team before the service is used. Freedom Cancer Care support is arranged by our Cancer Care Team when you contact us about a cancer claim. The Reframe Cancer Information Hub is available directly to eligible members.

Not always. Eligible members can use the Freedom Dermatology Skin Lesion Pathway and Freedom Physiotherapy without first obtaining a GP referral, although the Freedom Health Insurance Claims team must approve either service before it is used.

Freedom Diagnostics requires an eligible referral from Freedom Digital GP, Freedom Physiotherapy or your own GP. The scan must then be approved and pre-authorised by the Claims team before it is arranged.

Other services have different access requirements, so please check the relevant service page before using them.

No. Advice, a referral or a recommendation from a Freedom 360 provider does not confirm that any further consultations, diagnostic tests, scans or treatment will be covered by your policy.

Please contact the Freedom Health Insurance Claims team before arranging or receiving any private consultation, test, scan or treatment. We will check your eligibility and confirm whether the proposed care can be covered.

It depends on the service and your cover. Some Freedom 360 services are available to eligible members without using an insured benefit. Services connected to outpatient cover may be subject to your policy excess, benefit limits and other policy terms.

Approved Freedom Diagnostics costs are deducted from your available outpatient benefit, and the usual policy terms, limits and excesses apply.

Eligible dependants named on your policy can use the Freedom 360 services included with their cover. Age, location and other eligibility requirements vary between services.

For example, Freedom Digital GP is available to eligible UK members aged 12 months and over. Please check the relevant service page for full access information.

Yes. Freedom 360 can complement NHS and private healthcare, depending on the service and your eligibility. However, using a Freedom 360 service does not guarantee that any further private tests or treatment will be covered.
